About Us

Our firm Nitin J Shetty & Co. is a ISO 9001:2015 certified Chartered Accountants firm with its headquarters situated in the heart of Mangaluru city at Lower Bendoor. We also have a branch office in Bengaluru at Cunningham Road. From a modest beginning in 1987 as a sole proprietorship firm with a staff of barely two members we have grown to become a full-fledged accounting and consultancy firm in Karnataka. The expansion primarily taking place after we converted to a partnership firm.

Presently our team comprises 45-strong young and experienced professionals who are adept at providing a wide array of services including audit, taxation, accounting and management consultancy to corporate houses, owner-managed firms, trusts, societies and individuals. We, in fact, cover nearly all services in direct and indirect taxes.

The strength of our firm lies in its ability to amalgamate in-depth knowledge from cross sections of the industry, with the specialized skills of our professionals. Our area of expertise includes both traditional services of a chartered accountancy firm as well as modern IT enabled services of a modern day chartered accountancy firm.

We have developed a vast and comprehensive Chartered Accountancy practice in Income Tax and Audit as also a strong practice in the field of International Taxation, Service Tax, VAT, Customs, Central Excise and Allied Laws. We are also adept at offering advice on taxation matters in cases of inter-state transactions within the country. We are confident, we have the expertise, resources and capabilities to meet all of our clients’ financial needs.
